　　新浪科技讯 北京时间2月1日早间消息，据路透社报道，美国数字优惠券网站Coupons.com已经向美国证券交易委员会提交IPO(首次公开招股)申请，拟融资最多1亿美元。上市地点选在纽交所，股票交易代码为COUP。
　　高盛、艾伦公司(Allen & Company LLC)、美银美林、加拿大皇家银行将将担任此次IPO的承销商。
　　Coupons.com成立于1998年，致力于为消费者提供电子优惠券。文件尚未披露该公司计划发行的股票额及发行价。(叶挽)
