　　本田拟将员工退休年龄延长5年至65岁
　　央广网北京12月1日消息 据经济之声《天下财经》报道，本田汽车公司昨天宣布，计划2016财年开始将员工的退休年龄延长5年，至65岁，从而成为采取行动应对日益严重的人口老龄化问题的日本大企业之一。
　　该公司表示，计划经劳资磋商后于2016财年实行该制度，适用对象为约4万名正式员工。依照现行的返聘制度，员工原则上可工作至65岁，但工资约为60岁之前的一半。实行延迟退休制度后，待遇将得到改善，最多可获得原工资的约80%。今后考虑尊重每个员工的意愿，允许在60至65岁之间自由选择退休时间。
