美國運油列車出軌引發大火

油罐車出軌引發大火令人質疑以火車運送原油做法的安全性


美國一列運送原油的列車在北達科他州境內與另一輛貨運列車相撞後出軌，引發大火。
事故發生在當地時間星期一下午，一列長達1600米的運送原油列車在距離北達科他卡斯縣卡瑟爾頓鎮約1.6公里處與一列運送穀物的列車相撞。
撞車後油罐車部分出軌發生爆炸並燃起熊熊大火。
由於火勢過猛，鐵路以及當地警方和消防人員均無法接近事故現場，據信當地已經決定等待火勢自行熄滅。
附近居民被建議轉移，以避免被濃煙影響。當局在約40公里外的法戈鎮設立了臨時收容中心。
北美內陸以火車運送原油的做法較為常見。
加拿大魁北克的梅幹提克湖鎮7月也曾發生油罐車脫軌事故，導致至少47人死亡。
