微軟和諾基亞希望基於Windows系統開發的Lumia手機能爭奪智能手機市場

美國電腦巨頭微軟星期二（9月3日）宣佈將以54.4億歐元（72億美元）價格收購諾基亞手機業務部門。
預計有關併購案將在2014年第一季度完成。
諾基亞在2011年成為微軟合作伙伴，開發基於微軟手機系統的新產品。
美國市場研究公司AdDuplex8月公布的最新數據顯示，諾基亞控制了超過85%的Windows Phone 8手機市場。
相信微軟收購諾基亞手機部門後將投入更多資源開發Windows生態系統，以與目前智能手機市場兩大巨頭蘋果以及三星競爭。
諾基亞總裁艾洛普和微軟總裁鮑爾默發表聯合聲明稱，微軟收購諾基亞手機部門「標誌著一個革新創舉的新時刻」。
聲明稱，相信有關發展將「為更多人們帶來世界上最具創新的智能手機」，並「重寫移動領域的疆界」。
