【大紀元2016年02月05日訊】洛杉磯國際機場（LAX）2日推出翻新後的2號航站樓，該工程耗資3.32億美元，嶄新的航站樓將向國際旅客提供高端餐飲和零售服務。

LAX斥資85億美元對機場5個航站樓進行升級，翻新後的2號航站樓是該工程的最新里程碑。

機場和購物中心開發商西菲爾德（Westfield）合作，對2號航站樓7.6萬平方呎的空間進行了翻新，新加入的餐廳包括酒吧SeaLegs Wine Bar和Beaney's Beanery ，零售店有Univision和Spanx。
LAX去年接待了創紀錄的7,480萬旅客。作為LAX第二繁忙的航站樓，2號航站樓每年接待超過100萬美國旅客和約400萬國際旅客，並向11家航空公司提供服務，包括墨西哥航空（Aeromexico）、夏威夷航空（Hawaiian Air）以及維珍航空（Virgin Atlantic）等。◇
