　　北京市交通委发布， 2016年将研究试点征收拥堵费，并针对小客车、机动车实施更加严格的限行措施。通过停车综合治理等措施，缓解首都拥堵。错峰上下班等方面也将有新政，目前八通线、昌平线的部分站点正在研究试点错峰票价。(记者丁静)
