【大紀元9月28日報導】（中央社阿拉斯加安克拉治28日路透電）荷蘭皇家殼牌集團（Royal Dutch Shell Plc）今天表示，由於楚科奇海（Chukchi Sea）主要油田柏格J（Burger J）探勘結果不佳，將停止阿拉斯加近海的探勘行動。

殼牌指出，距離阿拉斯加巴羅（Barrow）約241.4公里的柏格J，未發現充足的石油與天然氣，足以擔保在柏格油田做更進一步探勘。
殼牌表示，這次開發預料將產生財務費用。
