【大紀元7月2日報導】（中央社台北2日電）為協助塵爆傷患家屬，大同大學今天表示，7月10日至8月10日間，將提供10間宿舍、40個床位，讓塵爆傷患家屬免費住宿。八仙樂園粉塵爆炸案引發逾500人受傷，各界紛紛出錢出力，大同大學也宣布7月10日至8月10日間，將提供10間宿舍、40個床位，讓塵爆傷患家屬免費住宿，有需要的家屬可聯絡02-3343-7855或02-3343-7856，由專人協助安排入住。
