在印度控制的克什米爾地區，一家教育管理機構居然給奶牛發了一張准考證！事情曝光之後，查謨—克什米爾的這家教育管理機構立刻成為網民的笑柄，社交媒體上出現大批揶揄、搞笑的帖子。報道說，准考證上，「考生」的名字是Kachir Gaw，這是當地語言中「棕色母牛」的意思。准考證上還有一張奶牛的照片、以及考場座位號。持證人可以憑准考證進入考場、參加考試。印度媒體報道稱，准考證是「專業入學考試委員會」簽發的，考試的專業是「理工文憑」，考試日期為5月10日。教育機構的官員辯解說，這是因為有人故意搞惡作劇。官員承諾，一旦查清、定要採取行動治理搞笑人。(編譯：蘇平，責編：羅玲)
