　　南方日报讯 (记者/南盼)今天下午，佛山市住房和城乡建设管理局召开房地产市场工作会议，部署稳定住房消费的具体措施，决定自2015年5月1日起不再对在佛山行政区域内购买住房(含新建商品住房、存量住房)的佛山户籍居民和非佛山户籍居民进行购房资格审查。这意味着佛山为期4年的住房限购结束，佛山也成为广东省内第一个全面放开住房限购的城市。
