系列活動」將於3月3~3月22日在彰化藝術館、利和停車場及元清觀登場。晚會包含動態主燈「羊羊齊報喜」點燈儀式，元宵節當天還有聯歡晚會活動。今年主燈「羊羊齊報喜」高7公尺，並打造一座具備聲音、燈光、動態裝置的劇場，5隻各異的小羊，傳達「風調雨順、五穀豐收」的繁榮景象，歡迎彰化鄉親及全國民眾共襄盛舉。
