俄羅斯總統普京忙於應付經濟下滑危機

俄羅斯總統普京決定他的總統行政人員隊伍將會減薪一成。他與國家安全委員會常設委員開會時宣佈，這是仿照國會杜馬的政治人物最近作出同類減薪的決定。俄羅斯近期受到油價下跌的打擊，加上莫斯科支持烏克蘭東部叛軍出發的西方制裁，導致莫斯科出現嚴重經濟問題。BBC駐莫斯科記者說，當地最近的話題都環繞著經濟緊縮，財政部也正在研究範圍廣泛的削減開支方案。總統秘書長佩斯科夫說，普京提出議程以外的討論，作出減薪的決定。佩斯科夫說，議程原本是商討從烏克蘭東南部前線撤出武器的明斯克協議的執行內容，還有其他一些社會和經濟議題。俄羅斯媒體說，杜馬議員除稅前平均月薪達到6,654美元，是一般工人的13倍。
