　　【建造者称：投入200多万 还没回本】今天下午，石景山违建地下室仍有部分租户往外搬离。私挖地下室的韩广明称，他与合伙人从赵国强手中承包废弃鱼塘，每年租金40万元。随后出资212万元，2013年5月开始施工，建造170多间隔断房，目前每月收回2万元左右，现在被查封，本钱还没回来。京华时报记者 吕高见
　　【大院内私挖2400平米地下室 建成170多间隔断房】石景山麻峪北街西侧国强汽修院内一处二层楼下，掩藏着一个偌大的地下室，深约4米，面积约2400平米，共建成170多间隔断房出租给住户。据相关部门称，已确定地下室属于违建。目前，有37户租户被安置到附近周转房。京华时报记者 吕高见 王苡萱
