[国内]最高法在深圳沈阳设巡回法庭 明年初受理案件(12/29 12:25)

　　最高法院新闻发言人孙军工29日表示，根据中央批准的试点方案，最高人民法院巡回法庭分别设在深圳市、沈阳市。两个巡回法庭将于2015年年初受理、审理案件。十二届全国人大常委会第十二次会议已于昨日任命最高法院巡回法庭庭长。(记者王思北)
