　　国务院今正式印发《关于进一步推动户籍制度改革的意见》。意见称，城区人口500万以上城市：以合法稳定就业和合法稳定住所、参加城镇社保年限、连续居住年限等为主要指标设积分值，达到分值则本人及其配偶、未成年子女、父母等可申请当地常住户口。京华记者韩旭
