　　新浪科技讯 北京时间5月29日晚间消息，彭博社今日援引知情人士的消息称，微软和Salesforce.com已接近达成协议，允许微软云计算客户使用Salesforce的客户管理程序。
　　该知情人士称，此次合作将允许Salesforce的客户管理程序运行在微软的Azure云平台上。此外，两家公司还在商讨将Salesforce产品产生的数据整合到微软Office应用中。
　　业内人士称，如果两家公司最终达成协议，则将化干戈为玉帛。2010年微软曾起诉Salesforce侵犯其专利，而Salesforce随后也反诉微软，后来两家公司在当年年底达成和解。
　　此外，微软2005年还曾宣布将推出一项竞争性产品挑战Salesforce。2010年，微软还曾刊登广告打击Salesforce。
　　当前软件厂商正在寻求更多的方式来开发应用程序，包括从对手或合作形式获得，因为客户希望能够使用多种不同的产品，并进行信息共享。
　　在新任CEO萨提亚·纳德拉(Satya Nadella)的领导下，微软也一直希望强化基于互联网的云软件和企业应用。(李明)
