　　新浪科技讯 北京时间1月29日凌晨消息，美国无线运营商Verizon通信周二称，股东已经批准了该公司以1300亿美元收购沃达丰所持Verizon无线45%股份的交易。
　　作为这项交易的部分内容，Verizon通信将向沃达丰股东发售最多12.8亿股普通股。在周二早些时候召开的一次会议上，沃达丰股东也已批准了这项交易。
　　Verizon通信称，收购沃达丰所持Verizon无线股份将为其带来更大的灵活性，使其可在新技术领域中展开投资。一旦交易完成，则Verizon通信就不再需要跟沃达丰分成无线业务收入。这项交易预计将在2月21日前后完成，目前尚需通过英国监管当局的批准，并满足其他惯例成交条件。(文武/编译)
