[科技]黑莓或被Facebook收购：双方高管展开接触(10/30 07:49)

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间10月30日早间消息，《华尔街日报》援引消息人士的说法称，黑莓高管上周前往加州拜访Facebook，以了解Facebook对于收购黑莓的兴趣。
　　目前尚不清楚，Facebook是否有意提出收购黑莓。两家公司均拒绝对这一报道置评。
　　此前，由黑莓最大的投资方Fairfax Financial Holdings牵头的财团提出以每股9美元的价格收购黑莓。这笔交易对黑莓的估值为47亿美元，交易完成后黑莓将被私有化。
　　业内人士表示，其他一些公司也已查看了黑莓的账簿，以确定是否对黑莓提出竞购。(邱越)
