　　新浪科技讯 北京时间10月30日凌晨消息，58同城周二向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交了更新的IPO(首次公开招股)招股书。该文件显示，58同城上调了IPO定价区间。
　　文件称："2013年10月20日初步招股书中预估的IPO定价区间为每股美国存托凭证13美元到15美元，而现在已更改为每股美国存托凭证15美元到16美元。"
　　58同城在9月27日向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交了IPO招股书，称其计划在纽约证券交易所IPO上市，股票交易代码为"WUBA"，拟筹集最多1.5亿美元资金。摩根士丹利国际、瑞信证券、花旗集团全球市场和太平洋寰冠证券将担任58同城IPO交易的承销商。按上调后的IPO定价区间计算，58同城通过IPO交易筹集的资金总额最高将达2亿美元。(唐风)
