【大紀元2013年10月01日訊】（大紀元記者詹亦菱台灣花蓮報導）花蓮縣衛生局打造花蓮成為健康城市，輔導餐飲業者推出「低油、低鹽、低卡、高纖」，並加入花蓮盛產文旦柚元素的「柚香健康五百大卡便當」，2個月的行銷活動，共有5萬多張摸彩劵，1日抽出20名幸運得主，可享用3個月免費健康便當。

衛生局長徐祥明表示，去年首創健康500大卡便當獲民眾熱烈迴響，今年推出柚香健康500卡便當，吸引更多便當業者及民眾參與，不只讓縣民吃出健康，也讓觀光旅客吃的健康、吃的安心。花蓮縣餐盒食品公會理事長周宏臣指出，健康500卡便當行銷活動，參與的41家便當業者，高創4百多萬商機，業績成長了2至5倍，業者將盈餘回饋公益，形成善的循環。
