[国内]中央气象台继续发布霾预警 京津地区局部重度霾(10/28 06:42)

　　中新网10月28日电 据中央气象台消息，中央气象台28日06时继续发布霾黄色预警：预计，今天白天到夜间，华北中南部空气污染气象条件达4级，局地达5级，很不利于空气中污染物扩散。河北中南部、京津地区、山西南部、陕西关中地区、河南北部、安徽中部、湖北中部、湖南北部等地有中度霾，局地重度霾。
　　防 御 指 南：
　　1、因空气质量明显降低，人员需适当防护；
　　2、呼吸道疾病患者尽量减少外出，外出时可带上口罩。
