【大紀元2013年08月28日訊】（大紀元記者徐真編譯報導）開發商eQ Homes上個月在Stittsville的Fernbank Crossing開發區的已有開發住宅中增加了村莊式半獨立平房系列。

村莊式半獨立平房系列擴大eQ Homes在Fernbank Crossing開發區的平房產品種類。村莊式半獨立式平房系列將建在較大的40英尺寬的宅基地上，包括3個半獨立式平房設計，針對55歲以上的人群和想把住房面積縮小的購房者，這些半獨立式平房的面積從1,447至1,722平方英尺不等，售價為 379,900至392,900加元。
Fernbank Crossing開發區位於Fernbank路，在Terry Fox 道的西面。eQ Homes將沿Shinny大道在Cope路和Bobolink路之間建設這16幢半獨立式平房。Fernbank Crossing開發區在Kanata的邊上，附近的設施包括一個新的沃爾瑪和其他正在興建的零售店鋪。另外，還有其他兩個住宅建築商也在 Fernbank Crossing開發區有新房出售。
這些半獨立式平房可於2014年春季入住。做為今夏銷售的優惠，eQHomes還免費贈送4套不鏽鋼的家用電器或中央空調。
eQ Homes銷售中心設在Fernbank路5611號，在Terry Fox 道的西邊。開放時間為周一至周四上午11點 至下午6點，周五至周日下午12點至 5點。
