　　【滇川交界地震已致云南1人遇难3人重伤】据云南省迪庆州8·31抗震救灾指挥部消息，地震造成国道214线幸福村上桥头村民小组附近落石，导致3辆旅游车被困，1辆旅游车被砸。目前，已造成1人遇难，3人重伤，17名游客被困。另悉，受地震影响，德钦县城全城停电。
