　　因在微博上发表"我要炸建委"消息，被警方行政拘留的歌手吴虹飞于今天清晨获释，其代理律师6：00左右发短信告诉在朝阳拘留所外等待吴虹飞的记者，"不用等了，吴已到家。"(新京报记者 郭超)
