【大紀元6月13日報導】（中央社記者黃意涵台北13日電）前日月光財務經理甘智文等人，被控掌握日月光收購環電公司股權的訊息後，炒股獲利。台北地方法院今天判甘智文緩刑4年。

甘智文被控將封測大廠日月光欲公開收購環隆電氣消息，洩漏給胞兄甘錦地，再將消息發布於報紙和電子報。
檢方指出，甘智文等人在收購環隆電氣消息曝光前，大量收購環隆電氣股票，涉嫌賺取股票價差，獲利超過新台幣1500萬元。
檢方偵查後，依涉犯證券交易法起訴甘智文等10人；另外，檢方考量被告均坦承犯行，並將不法所得全數繳回國庫，建請法院減輕量刑。
台北地院審理審酌被告等人坦承犯行，深表悔悟且於偵查中已主動繳交全數犯罪所得等，依違反證券交易法判處甘智文等10人1年7月至1年11月不等徒刑。
台北地院考量甘智文等10人素行非劣，恐因一時利益薰心而犯案，給予10人2年至4年緩刑，其中4名被告於判決確定後，須向國庫支付2萬至50萬不等款項；全案可上訴。
