　　人民日报记者何勇、辛阳消息，5月30日，有网友在微博上爆料称，辽宁省鞍山市警察协会向理事发放特权牌照，持牌车辆可不受交通管制、信号灯、警方盘查等限制。对此，鞍山市公安局回应牌照属实，已责令将此证照全部收回。
