[国内]日本昨日又抓扣一艘台湾渔船并逮捕船长(05/30 17:39)

　　人民网5月30日讯 据日本共同网消息，日本水产厅29日在冲绳县先岛群岛南侧的专属经济区内，以非法作业为由，当场抓扣了涉嫌违反作业的台湾渔船"益升12号"(排水量49.85吨，载有7人)，逮捕了船长柯清国(54岁)。
　　根据所谓的《日台渔业协议》，台湾渔船可在先岛群岛北侧的钓鱼岛附近海域作业。该船是协议生效后第四艘被扣台湾渔船。据日本水产厅介绍，"益升12号"涉嫌在非协议海域作业。
　　据日本内阁府冲绳综合事务局介绍，台湾渔船在"日本水域"回收延绳时，被正在巡逻的水产厅渔业执法船发现。
　　该船船长表示，在寻找断裂的延绳时不小心进入了"日方的水域"。不过，日方在该船中发现了鲯鳅。(贾文婷)
