研究指吸煙「對婦女造成更大危害」

研究人員發現，吸煙女性患腸癌的風險要比男性高。

最新研究說，比起男性，吸煙可能對婦女健康帶來更大危害。
挪威研究人員發現，與男性相比，吸煙婦女患癌的風險更高。
在查閱了60萬名患者的醫療記錄之後，研究人員發現，吸煙女性患腸癌的風險要比男性高兩倍。
發表在《癌症流行病學、生物標記和預防》雜誌上的研究報告說，女性吸煙者患腸癌的風險比不吸煙者高19%，男性吸煙者患腸癌的風險比不吸煙者高9%。
在這項研究中，近4000名吸煙者患了腸癌。女性如果在16歲不到就開始吸煙，或者連續吸煙長達10多年，那麼她們患腸癌的風險就會大幅度增加。
挪威特羅姆瑟大學的研究小組說，這項研究還首次發現，比男性吸煙更少的婦女患結腸癌的機率仍然較高。
不過，有關研究無法確定類似酒精和飲食對增加患癌風險的影響。
研究結果顯示，從生物學上講，婦女更容易受到煙草煙霧的毒性作用的影響。
