　　新浪科技讯 北京时间3月29日凌晨消息，亚马逊已达成收购社交阅读网站Goodreads(www.goodreads.com)的协议，预计这项交易将在第二季度完成，但并未透露具体财务条款。
　　业界人士指出，这项交易对双方来说都颇有意义。作家休·霍威(Hugh Howey)称："这意味着讨论书刊的最好地方与购买书刊的最好地方结合到了一起。"
　　Goodreads是一个社交阅读网站，允许用户跟好友分享阅读消息：如读过哪些书、正在读哪些书和想读哪些书等。此外，Goodreads还允许作者创建个人页面或博客，跟读者直接互动。(唐风)
