　　全国政协十二届一次会议新闻发言人吕新华说，如果日方在钓鱼岛问题上坚持错误的做法，甚至出动自卫队的舰艇飞机，对中方的歼机正常巡航执法进行干扰，造成擦枪走火这样的事实，日本必须承担一切后果。
