調查：香港70%雇員「被無償加班」

許多香港雇員都在面對無償加班問題。

香港一項民調顯示，70%本地雇員在過去一年要無償加班。
民間機構香港文職及專業人員總會星期天（2月3日）發表調查報告稱，要無償加班的受訪者當中，26%每周工時達50小時，即每天工作10小時。
該組織表示，一些雇主把員工無償加班視為理所當然，要求港府盡快立法制定標準工時，把每周工作時數限制在40小時。
這項訪問了850人的調查還顯示，雖然60%受訪者在2012年獲得調漲工資，但增幅沒能抵消3.76%的通脹率，變相被削減工資。
報告還說，有30%受訪者工資維持不變；10%被削減超過10%的工資。
工會建議雇主給員工漲工資約7%。
