　　【7名中国渔民在韩国被判刑】韩联社报道，韩国光州地方法院3日开庭审理一名中国渔船船长上诉案，以妨碍执行公务罪判处他监禁一年6个月，比一审加重了量刑，另外6人维持原判监禁8个月。去年10月，张某船上一名中国渔民在韩海警执法过程中被橡皮弹击中死亡。张某等人以暴力抗法嫌疑被起诉。
