　　【罗让贡求、罗让才让故意杀人案一审宣判】四川阿坝州中院31日对被告罗让贡求、罗让才让故意杀人案进行一审公开宣判，以故意杀人罪判处罗让贡求死刑，缓期二年执行，剥夺政治权利终身；判处罗让才让有期徒刑十年，剥夺政治权利三年。法院认为两人煽动引诱教唆或者胁迫他人自焚，均已构成故意杀人罪。
