　　【北京市"异地高考"方案公布】北京市公布"异地高考"方案。1、根据北京市进城务工人员管理制度确定家长资格条件。2、随迁子女升学考试办法争取2013年出台，将与"管理制度"挂钩。北京市进城务工人员管理制度尚未出台。明年起按过渡方案执行。(记者丁静)
　　【京"异地高考"过渡方案】在北京市出台随迁子女在京升学考试办法之前和新办法公布后三年内，北京市将为学生提供高考文化课在京借考。另外，符合条件的随迁子女可在京参加中职考试录取、高职考试录取以及开放大学、网络高教、成人自考等考试录取。(记者丁静)
　　【京"异地高考"需要五证】明年起，有居住证明及稳定住所，稳定职业及社保满3年，子女有学籍且已连读初中3年，可参加中职考试录取；后年起，有居住证明及稳定住所，稳定职业及社保满6年，子女有学籍且连读高中3年，可参加高职考试录取，毕业后可参加升本考试录取。(记者丁静)
