【大紀元7月30日報導】（中央社尼泊爾加德滿都30日路透電）尼泊爾內政部今天表示，尼泊爾西部1場因豪雨引發的土石流造成至少20人死亡，人數可能還會增加。內政部表示，土石流襲擊度假城鎮波卡拉（Pokhara）兩座村莊，摧毀至少22座房舍。波卡拉位於加德滿都（Kathmandu）西方125公里處。尼泊爾政府擔心今年稍早發生、奪走近9000人命的兩個地震，可能會在雨季期間讓土石更加鬆動而增添危險。雨季一般從6月持續至9月。
