朝鮮寧邊核反應堆據信是朝鮮主要的核設施

美國一家智庫表示，朝鮮可能正在試圖重新啟動可生產製造原子彈所需鈈的核反應堆。關注朝鮮動向的美國智庫「北緯38度」表示，衛星圖像顯示朝鮮的寧邊核反應堆所在位置出現水蒸氣和積雪融化等跡象。但觀察人士表示，沒有足夠信息能做出「可靠結論」。朝鮮在2007年關閉寧邊核反應堆 ，2013年又重新啟動。與此同時，美國一名正在韓國訪問的高級官員周四（1月29日）強調，朝鮮無核化是美國的「首要目標」。排放熱量位於華盛頓的霍普金斯大學的「北緯38度」 智庫表示，拍攝於12月24日和1月11日之間的衛星圖像顯示寧邊核反應堆有新的活動跡象。智庫發表的報告稱，這可能透露朝鮮「正在試圖重新啟動能生產鈈的核反應堆」。報告表示水蒸氣和積雪融化可能是反應堆排放熱量的跡象，並建議對該地點持續觀察，以確認是否值得注意。「但是現在就做出可靠結論還為時尚早。」寧邊核反應堆最早在去年11月出現活動跡象，當時朝鮮威脅要發動第四次核試驗，報復聯合國調查朝鮮人權狀況。朝鮮之前曾經在2006、2009和2013年進行核試驗。（編譯：友義 責編：李莉）
