　　解放日报记者：我先确认一下时间，发生到底是多久？另外就是现在网上有人传出有人撒代金券这一类的情况，还有人说有持刀的情况，我想确认一下有没有这样的情况？
　　新闻发言人：刚才讲的撒代金券和持刀的情况，相关的事件调查组还在进一步的调查过程之中，如果有明确的结果肯定会及时向媒体进行通报，那么时间具体的时间的话，我们请蔡立新副指挥长。
　　黄浦公安分局指挥中心副指挥长蔡立新：实际上我们通过监控在23时30分左右发现了这异常情况，我刚才也说了，是因为当时现场人流比较多，民警不能够迅速的进入现场，所以我们最后是采取了一个强行切入的方式，把那个人流分散开来以后，所以需要(一些时间)。
