韓國官員周日（10月5日）引述朝鮮高級官員說，朝鮮最高領導人金正恩健康沒有問題。在韓國出席仁川亞運會閉幕式的朝鮮高層代表團與韓國官員舉行了會談。韓聯社報道，韓國統一部長柳吉引述朝鮮勞動黨中央書記金養健說，金正恩的健康沒有問題。 金正恩已有相當長一段時間沒有公共露面，引起諸多臆測和謠傳。早些時候，韓國報紙報道，金正恩因腳踝骨骨裂，接受了手術治療。此外，韓聯社報道，南北朝鮮官員在會談中也討論了本月底或下月初再次舉行高層會談。（撰稿/責編：董樂）
