世界銀行下調了中國經濟增長預測

鑒於中國經濟增長放緩，世界銀行調低了今明兩年中國經濟增長的預測。世界銀行將中國今年增長率由7.6%調低至7.4%，明年的增長率由7.5%下調至7.2%，而2016年中國經濟增長將進一步放慢至7.1%。世銀表示，中國政府出台措施，控制地方政府債務，抑制影子銀行，並應對產能過度擴張、高能源需求及高污染問題，將減少投資及製造業產出。世銀指，中國不大可能出現房價大幅調整，不過，一些房價增速太快的省份將可能感到壓力。此外，世界銀行也調低了東亞及太平洋地區發展中國家今年至2016年的經濟增長預測，從7.1%下調至6.9%。世銀指出，下調增長預測是因為全球貿易復蘇步伐較預期慢，全球利率有可能急劇上升。(撰稿/責編：董樂)
