中国发改委秘书长称，当局对美国克莱斯勒及德国奥迪汽车生产商的调查已接近尾声，肯定两家企业确实存在垄断行为，近期将会受到相应处罚。至于德国戴姆勒集团旗下的奔驰汽车是否存在垄断行为，发改委目前正在调查取证中。发改委同时宣布近日已经完成对日本12家企业实施汽车零部件和轴承价格垄断案的调查工作，并将依法进行处罚。据BBC中文网向相关部门了解，涉及垄断的相关企业最高可被处以上年度销售金额的1%至10%的罚款。一般认为，反垄断调查往往是用来保护民族工业的措施？您认为，在中国国内，外资品牌汽车及其零部件与国产车的价格差距是不是完全出自价格垄断的结果？如果外资品牌汽车与国产车价格相当，您会选择购买和使用哪一种车？
