　　新浪科技讯 北京时间6月27日凌晨消息，据英国天空电视台周四报道称，雅虎已对Fullscreen发起约2.5亿美元的收购要约，后者是一家专门为YouTube频道创造内容的公司。
　　Fullscreen所创造的内容在YouTube网站上的月度浏览量达30亿次以上，雅虎希望通过这项收购交易来获得更多的年轻用户。
　　据天空电视台援引内部人士的言论称，雅虎收购Fullscreen的要约面临着来自于私募股权投资公司Chernin的竞争，后者此前就已经是Fullscreen的股东。去年6月，Chernin与全球最大广告集团WPP和康卡斯特旗下风投公司Comcast Ventures联手收购了Fullscreen的部分股权。Chernin的所有者是前新闻集团高管皮特·彻宁(Peter Chernin)。
　　报道称，如果其他竞标者的出价在3亿美元以下，则Chernin有权以此前议定的价格收购Fullscreen。
　　Fullscreen成立于2011年，其创始人是曾担任谷歌高管的乔治·斯特罗姆珀罗斯(George Strompolo)。(唐风)
