　　东方网6月25日消息：据《i时代报》报道，智联招聘昨天发布上海白领"房"指数调研，显示逾半数白领买房靠父母。
　　在对2480份有效问卷的分析后发现，六成多上海白领尚未买房，其中租房住的白领比例为46.25%；三成多上海白领已买房，但其中仍有13.75%的人选择租房住。仅有约16.25%的上海白领住在自己购买的房子里。这种现象与上海房价过高、大多数白领的购房所处位置较偏远有关。此外，部分白领选择在外地(如家乡所在地)购房并在上海租房，这也导致实际入住自己所购房产的用户比例较低。
　　从通勤时间来看，六成多上海白领通勤时间在半小时以上。34.29%的白领通勤时间为半小时至1小时，22.86%的人为1至1.5小时，7.14%的人为1.5小时以上。总体来看，上海白领通勤时间较长，上下班的往返通勤时间超过1小时。
　　从购房的主要资金来源来看，父母是上海白领购房的主要支持者，41.18%的人买房时的资金主要来源于本人父母，11.76%的人主要来源于配偶父母。为了让子女能够早日拥有自己的住房，父母们不惜动用多年积蓄。
