[科技]完美世界以1.9亿元向百度出售纵横中文网(12/27 18:30)

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间12月27日晚间消息，完美世界(Nasdaq:PWRD)今天宣布签署一项协议，将完美世界经营的中文在线阅读业务的实体——北京幻想纵横网络技术有限公司(以下简称"完美文学")出售给百度。
　　该交易涉及总金额约1.915亿元人民币，用于完美文学的股权收购，以及偿还完美文学的借款。
　　协议中所述交易的完成将以惯常交割条件的满足为前提。
　　完美世界在新闻稿中称，该交易将有助于完美世界进一步专注于其核心网络游戏研发和运营业务。(无双)
