美法院批准BP就墨灣漏油暫緩賠償

墨西哥灣漏油事件對當地生態造成巨大破壞，美國很多人提出索賠。

美國上訴法院批准英國石油公司BP提出暫緩對2010年墨西哥灣漏油問題的賠償。
美國一個聯邦上訴法庭要求地區法院重新審查哪些賠償要求是正當的。
上訴法庭指出，如果一個企業沒有因為墨西哥灣的漏油遭受損失，那整個賠償方案都可能是無效的。
BP早些時候表示，賠償方案過於寬鬆。上訴法院的這一裁決對該公司來說，是個司法的勝利。
這個早些時候承諾賠償的石油巨頭說，目前的賠償方案也讓那些沒有受害的人得到賠償。
原來預計將支付78億美元賠償的BP說，因為需要交納各種費用和有人冒領，上述賠償額變得越來越大。
上訴法院要求地區法院的法官修改有關條款，把那些不正當的賠償要求排除在外。
2010年，BP位於墨西哥灣的一個「深水地平線」鑽井平台發生爆炸，導致11名工人死亡，上億加倫原油洩露，造成美國墨西哥灣沿海的生態災難。
