【大紀元2013年10月04日訊】（大紀元記者莊麗存台北報導）總統馬英九4日表示，過去5年來全球經濟非常不景氣，台灣到去年為止經濟成長率近3%，在亞洲四小龍仍排名第二，僅次於新加坡。他指出，今年下半年景氣會有小小的一點增長，明年會稍微好一點，大家都非常辛苦，但政府一定會繼續全力拼經濟。

馬總統4日在總統府接見第二十三屆「國家品質獎」得獎企業暨團體，肯定得獎者的表現，並談及政府拼經濟的成果，心情絲毫不受出庭影響。馬總統表示，過去5年世界經濟非常不景氣，歷經金融海嘯、歐債等問題，平均成長僅1.9%，但中華民國到去年為止，經濟成長率近3%，位居亞洲四小龍排名第二名，僅次於新加坡；今年前6個月平均成長率為2.06%，在亞洲四小龍中仍排名第二，僅次於香港。
馬總統說，根據最近統計，工業界投資，今年應該可達1.2兆，超乎預期，再加上台商回台投資，至今已有37家核准，共1,800多億元，可望創造2萬個以上的就業機會，這表示台灣還是蠻有吸引力的。◇
