【大紀元2013年10月02日訊】（大紀元記者徐翠玲台灣台北報導）大專院校兼任教師共有4萬5千多人，數量幾乎和專任教師相當，大專平均每5堂課就有一堂是由兼任教師擔任。立委李桐豪2日表示，目前公立大專校院兼任教師鐘點費支付標準，講師一堂課為新台幣575元，以教4門課計算，月薪2萬700元，待遇「比22K還不如」。

教育部長蔣偉寧2日到立法院教育及文化委員會備詢。李桐豪指出，大學兼任講師鐘點費過低，月薪2萬700元，根本不夠支應生活需要。蔣偉寧回應，如果用兼課維生的確有點困難，私立學校可自行調整，但是，大多還是依照公立學校的標準訂定。教育部會盡快召集學者專家，討論出調整鐘點費的合理方案。◇
