　　新浪科技讯 北京时间9月3日午间消息，微软今天宣布，将以大约72亿美元的价格收购诺基亚核心手机业务，以及大批专利组合。
　　在这72亿美元当中，50亿美元将用于收购诺基亚设备业务，剩余21.8亿美元用于收购诺基亚的专利组合；
　　诺基亚的专利组合包括大约8500项设计专利，以及大概3万项实用专利和专利申请；
　　在这项交易完成以后，3.2万名诺基亚员工将加入微软，其中1.83万人"直接涉及设备生产"，仍有5.6万名员工会继续留在诺基亚；
　　市场研究机构IDC的数据显示，今年第二季度，Windows Phone智能手机出货量为870万部，在全球智能手机市场的份额为3.7%；
　　微软称，Windows Phone智能手机在9个市场的份额超过了10%；
　　微软还表示，Windows Phone智能手机在34个市场的销量超过黑莓手机；
　　今年第二季度，在Windows Phone智能手机整体出货量当中，诺基亚就占到了81.6%；
　　在交易完成以前，诺基亚每售出一部Windows Phone手机，给微软创造的毛利润低于10美元；
　　在交易完成以后，诺基亚每售出一部Windows Phone手机，给微软创造的毛利润预计将高于40美元；
　　2007年，诺基亚在全球智能手机市场的份额为49.4%，而到2012年秋季，市场份额已下滑至4.3%。(清辰)
