【大紀元9月4日報導】（中央社記者吳靜君台北4日電）金管會銀行局長桂先農表示，銀行業提議持股100%證券子公司可以合作推廣，將積極研議；至於在國外刷卡用外匯帳戶直接結算，還要與央行討論。

金融監督管理委員會今天邀集銀行負責人舉行座談會。
會中業者提出，銀行持股100%的子公司可以合作推廣業務，例如有些銀行持有100%的證券子公司，可以在銀行開戶、網路下單鬆綁等，桂先農說，僅要金管會內部溝通，積極研議。
業者也提出，如果民眾在國外刷卡，直接用外匯帳戶結算。桂先農表示，這涉及央行的業務，所以必須與央行溝通。
