安理會五常再談敘化武危機仍無進展

潘基文呼籲各國等調查報告公布後，才決定下一步行動。

聯合國安全理事會五個常任理事國周四（29日）再度舉行會談，討論敘利亞化學武器危機，對聯合國授權採取軍事行動攻擊敘利亞一事，五大國的會談仍未獲進展。
英國提議安理會通過決議案，主張在敘利亞上周發生化武攻擊事作造成數百人喪生後，允許採取「所有必要措施」保護敘利亞平民。
五個常任理事國周四第二次就此事會談，會議持續45分鐘，但英國、中國、法國、俄羅斯和美國的大使離開會場時，都未發表談話。
美英法三國考慮就化武攻擊事件採取軍事干預行動，攻擊敘利亞總統阿薩德的部隊；俄國和中國則反對聯合國授權採取任何行動，並警告西方國家不要攻擊敘利亞。
美國表示，還未決定對敘利亞採取什麼行動，強調一旦動武，就要保障美國利益。
敘利亞總統阿薩德表示，已凖備後迎接任何攻擊。
在敘利亞搜集化武證據的聯合國調查團將於周六離開，並向秘書長潘基文提交報告。潘基文呼籲各國等調查報告公布後，才決定下一步行動。
