　　本报沈阳专电 开幕式前，福建代表团的旗手王哲林拿到了自己的全运会证件，但组别和性别上却清晰地写着"篮球女子18岁以下组"。
　　据福建省篮排球运动管理中心主任肖青松表示，王哲林成为"女篮选手"并非组委会的乌龙事件。"原先组委会要求，参加开幕式的旗手必须是代表团的在编人员，福建男篮没有进入决赛阶段，王哲林到沈阳当福建队旗手，我们中心只能提供青年女篮的人员配额。代表团的旗手必须有证，为此，我们青年女篮还少去了一名保障人员。"不过在王哲林占用该名额后，十二运会组委会改变了参加开幕式人员的规定，无缘决赛阶段的福建男女排则拿到了入场证件，不需要占用决赛阶段项目的人员配额。
　　此外，19岁的福建男篮中锋王哲林透露，当他举旗走过主席台时，没有挥动代表团的旗帜，而是紧握旗杆，缓缓走过。开幕式后，他表示自己并不紧张："之前我也排练过四五回如何入场，知道整个流程。"至于没有挥旗，王哲林表示："福建代表团入场时，场地正好没有风，旗没有飘起来，我没有挥旗。"
